Minot, North Dakota – The president of Minot State University has asked for an outside probe into the resignation of Athletic Director Kevin Forde, which occurred last Friday.

The office of the state’s attorney general is currently investigating claims of unwelcome physical contact with coworkers.

Forde is also charged with maintaining different expectations of behavior for male and female coaches and staff members.

The interim athletic director at the moment is Kevin Harmon, the vice president of student affairs of the institution.

Before Forde’s hiring, Harmon held the position of acting athletic director.
