Former teacher taken into custody on child porn charges

Fargo, North Dakota – A man who had worked as a teacher at the Moorhead Alternative Learning Center is now being held in prison on child porn charges.
The 25-year-old Fargo resident, Caleb Brush, was taken into custody earlier this month, and the Cass County District Court has charged him with two separate felonies. Among the charges that have been brought against Brush are those of possessing prohibited materials as well as promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor.
Fargo police received information that Brush had sent a number of child pornographic photographs to other users of the Kik application in June last year.
On June 2nd, there will be a preliminary hearing that Brush is scheduled to appear at.
