Man who crashed stolen Jeep in Fargo still wanted

Fargo, North Dakota – The driver of a stolen Jeep that wrecked on 13th Avenue at 48th Street S. on Wednesday afternoon after leading West Fargo and Fargo police on a chase is still at large, according to Fargo Police.

Police said that they discovered the man and the boy inside the stolen Jeep at about 2:15 p.m. The two fled towards West Fargo despite their attempts to stop them. Officers there started pursuing but ended it because of the vehicle’s high speed.

The car wrecked upon returning to Fargo.

The child was apprehended by police on the spot. For resisting arrest, he has been referred to juvenile court.

According to the police, they are attempting to locate and identify the driver.
