There are two males in custody for burglaries that occurred in Hunter in December

Fargo, North Dakota – About three burglaries that occurred in Hunter in December, two individuals are being charged.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports that Gardner resident Jacob Scott Iten, 29, is accused of two charges of burglary, two counts of conspiracy to conduct theft of property, and two counts of conspiracy to do criminal mischief.

Matthew John McCroskey, a 38-year-old resident of Fargo, is accused of two counts of conspiracy to commit property theft, three counts of burglary, and conspiracy to do criminal mischief.

Additionally, McCroskey faces charges of criminal mischief.
