Two detained following accusations of violence and larceny at the South Fargo apartment complex

Fargo, North Dakota – Two males are being held on suspicion of stealing and robbing someone; they are expected to face felonies.

The Fargo Police Department said they got a call at roughly 5 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, two people—David Vernon, 43, of West Fargo, and Jonathan Krueger, 40, of South Fargo—entered an apartment building and beat the victim, snatching their cell phone and causing injuries. Authorities issued a Temporary Felony Want for both individuals after failing to locate Vernon or Krueger on the 1000 block of Page Dr. in South Fargo.

Krueger was taken into custody by the West Fargo Police Department at around 2:40 p.m. that same day, and his car was impounded as part of the investigation. At around 2:45 p.m. on January 10, Vernon was located in South Fargo and taken into custody by Fargo Police.

There are felony robbery allegations against both Vernon and Krueger.
