Verbal conflict results in stabbing in South Fargo

Fargo, North Dakota – After being stabbed early on Tuesday morning in South Fargo, a man sustained non-life-threatening wounds.

According to the Fargo Police Department, around 1:21 a.m., police were called to the intersection of 13th Avenue South and 32nd Street South in response to a report of a male being stabbed in the back. Officers discovered the victim with a stab wound when they arrived.

He confessed to police that an argument went out of hand, turned physical, and resulted in the stabbing.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his wounds but refused to say who the assailant was.

Investigations into the incident are still ongoing.
